Our menu is inspired by Northern California’s wine country cooking.
Most food these days is grown using chemicals, pesticides, hormones and fertilizers, which mask or degrade the true flavors of the food. By the time the ingredients get into the chef’s hands they need sauces, condiments, flavorings and oil or butter-based cooking methods to put the zing back into the taste.
Northern Californian cuisine concentrates on using organically sound ingredients so the real flavors come through. We also grill most of our food, instead of frying or sautéing, to bring out the natural taste.
